At Al Kifayah, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging.
• Returns requested after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.
• Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return or exchange as soon as possible.
